RFQ Details

We are looking for Packaged Drinking Water. We have located a pre-constructed premise for this purpose for which the acquirement process is in progress. In the mean time we are in process of preparing Project Report. General Criteria may be adopted for Designing / Suggesting: Plant Capacity: 2500 Liters/Hour (2000 */*@********************l) Process should include: UV Treatment, RO, Ozonisation, Carbon Filtration, Sand Filtration Additional Machinery: Making Preform, Blowing Machine for Pet Bottles Space Available: Ground Floor 1500 ft.2 and First Floor 15000 ft.2 (Simple Halls) Source of Water: Ground Water through Bore Well (Test Report is not Available but for initial study and preparing Project Report Average quality of Drinking Water may be considered) Product Targeted: 1 Liter, 20 Liters, 200 ml Cups and Pouches Spares: Required for 3 months Considering 2 Shifts and 25 Days Working We expect you to provide us: 1. Commercial Proposal for the Plant with detailed pricing (including transportation and tax details) of Machineries with Power Rating involved in the Process indicating Installation charges separately. The Plant Machinery shall include complete process including capping, hot melt labeller 2. Plant Layout Plan including Production Line, Lab, Office, Blowing Area, Packaging Store, Finished Goods Store etc. 3. Project Report Template 4. Videos, Pictures and Literatures 5. Manpower Requirement 6. Requirements and Route map for BIS Certification Process and Marking Licenses Process. Kindly feel free to ask for any other information which might be required for preparing a comprehensive Proposal.
